Spaghetti Sauce

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  • Brown the seasoned pork in a large pot
  • When meat is cooked, add vegetables if desired (e.g., onion, celery, mushrooms, green pepper) and continue frying the mixture for 5 minutes
  • Add the tomatoes, breaking them up with a fork, and the tomato sauce
  • Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer gently, stirring and scraping bottom of the pot regularly for about 60 minutes or until sauce thickens
  • Serve over your favourite pasta.
