Choice of toppings

  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) salsa


  • In a pan over medium high heat fry the seasoned pork for 12 to 15 until well browned. Keep warm.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Spread out the tortilla chips on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, top evenly with the cooked seasoned pork, then with the grated cheese and diced green pepper.
  • Bake until cheese is melted but not browned.
  • Top to taste serving the salsa and sour cream on the side.
