- One 600 g package La Fernandière Ready-to-Cook seasoned pork taco mix
- 1 large onion (175 g) finely chopped
Choice of toppings
- Toasted tortillas or taco shells
- Shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, salsa, avocado, sour cream and cilantro.
PREPARATION
- In a pan over medium high heat, brown the seasoned pork and onion for 12 to 15 minutes until pork is well browned, Keep warm.
- Toast the tortillas or warmup the taco shells for crunchy tacos.
- Top each tortilla with an equal amount of the fried pork.
- Add your favourite toppings.
