Tacos

INGREDIENTS

Choice of toppings

  • Toasted tortillas or taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, salsa, avocado, sour cream and cilantro.

PREPARATION

  • In a pan over medium high heat, brown the seasoned pork and onion for 12 to 15 minutes until pork is well browned, Keep warm.
  • Toast the tortillas or warmup the taco shells for crunchy tacos.
  • Top each tortilla with an equal amount of the fried pork.
  • Add your favourite toppings.
