INGREDIENTS
- One 600 g package La Fernandière Ready-to-Cook seasoned pork spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 jar (650 ml) tomato basil pasta sauce
- Pasta of your choice
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Basil leaves (optional)
PREPARATION
- Form meat into 12 equal meatballs with the seasoned pork
- In a large frying pan over medium high heat, brown the meatballs for 5 minutes, turning frequently
- Add the tomato sauce
- Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer gently for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Use on your favourite pasta and top with parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
