Italian Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  • Form meat into 12 equal meatballs with the seasoned pork
  • In a large frying pan over medium high heat, brown the meatballs for 5 minutes, turning frequently
  • Add the tomato sauce
  • Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer gently for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  • Use on your favourite pasta and top with parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
